John Kirwin is the coach of the Japanese team and he should select his best teams to play the All Blacks. But the team goals are to win against Tonga and Canada so they can get into the next round. So as not to get players tired or injured the Japanese are not playing all their best players against the All Blacks.

I think it is good that teams have goals, and I hope that the Japanese team win the 2 games they are after.
